Do vehicle scale weapons when used in character-scale combat have splash like the character-scale heavy weapons do?

Only if it specifically mentions it.

PS.  I have considered using house rules for the "vehicle" weapons giving them some splash rings based on the damage modifier.

I have a weak memory of someone asking about deflecting turbo lasers and there was some answer giving them splash damage in character scale. That was part of the reason why you could not deflect it.

Turbo lasers are just too big to deflect although I do believe starfighter scale attack can be Deflected.  Of course you can still Deflect a weapon with splash damage such that it causes no damage.

Hello, everyone! If you are the pilot of a vehicle and have improved armor defense talent you add half the ship´s armor to your reflex save?

I'd be saying No.

the only RAW way to add 1/2 ships armor like with Improved armored defense that i have seen is the Legendary Commander Talent for Officer.

Thinking about it maybe a talent for Ace pilot to do it could be possible to homebrew without being unbalanced...

If you make an unarmed grapple attack does the hammerblow talent apply to the grapple roll?

How does a Thin Suit or Energy Shield interact with the level bonus for reflex defense?  Does it remove your level bonus or not without the armor talent.

With nil (-) effective armor the shouldn't stop you from using your heroic bonus.

It's a case where not having a given property is NOT the same as having Zero in that property.  Think of how a droid functions fine with CON - but if an organic had CON 0 it would be dead.

that's what I assumed but I wanted to be sure.  Was there anything in the errata stating definitively?

It wouldn't be errata as that's the way I've always understood it to work.  Perhaps the Clarifications say something otherwise.  I think KotOR was the first book to have "armor" with the nil armor rating (the Energy Shields) and after that you have the Thinsuit (isn't that S&V), the Bio-hazard suit (GaW and it's MEDIUM armor to boot), and the Cortosis Gauntlet (LECG).  I think that may be it and if there's something where you have to use the nothing it should be in there.  The fact that those couple armors are done up just like the Energy Shield and Gauntlets should help solidify the idea.

PS.  Because having a nil armor bonus shouldn't prevent you from using your heroic level I count the Flightsuit and Spacesuit as armor (light and medium respectively) with a nil bonus.  Thus you'd need the proficiency to get the equipment bonus to FORT from either although you'd still get to use the life support even without the proficiency.  This is of course a house rule.

Under several martial art prestige class talents such as Tae-Jitsu Expertise it says, Once per turn, when you damage a creature or Droid with an Unarmed attack and then you get to take a special action. My question is if you attack with the feat whirlwind attack would you be able to apply the action every target that you do damage or just one?

Just one.  You might damage multiple targets each of which could trigger that effect BUT the "once per turn" will kick in as soon as you use it and cancel it for the other possibilities.

While there are ways to gain additional AoO that "once per turn" is a bit like only getting one AoO but then being provoked multiple times; you may see multiple chances to use it but you still only get to use it once and unfortunately you often need to decide to use it before you know if you'll get additional opportunities (although with Whirlwind Attack you're likely to know which targets you'll hit.)

While esch of those feats only trigger this special action oce per tyrn, if you have more than one Martial Arts feats you could potentially trigger several different special actions in one turn.
