If I remember correctly, we need to toast the computer disks, if we didn´t do it already.

Which way/how large is the approaching force? As in - do we need to fight? Can we escape? Is the way out of town still clear or is that where the imps are coming from?

What can we do to slow them down? Are there some spare vehicles we could use for some makeshift roadblocks? I know it wouldn´t hold for long, but every second might count for the trucks.

Since nobody´s replying, here´s what I would suggest for others to do:
Eri - She´s in charge, so she should take the charge - direct the crews to the trucks, and get them going. Looking at the map, I guess the Arrow will go last, as it is stuck in the back
Dredge - not sure, what can he do to help, he can prepare the Arrow for running,
Bor - did he manage to wipe and destroy the memory cores? He wanted to do it the last third of time, so I think it should be done by now. If not, he should be setting the thermal detonator there about now. If he managed to destroy the cores, he should take the explosive charges and be on the first truck, so he can open a gate for us.
Dirk - he is well suited to help Eri direct the others, or he could prepare to help repel the attackers.

Shev would probably take a position where he could snipe at approaching troopers (somewhere with cover like round a corner or something), and he will suggest to the guards to do the same. The idea is not to defeat the platoon, but to slow them down to give others time to escape. The guards will escape through the tunnels when the situation gets too hot, while Shev will run off using the last bike. Alternatively, if the bike is needed for someone else (like for Bor to get to the gate with explosives faster), he can get on the arrow as the last person and then escape.

How stupid an idea is this?

And of course, if anyone calls in their characters doing something else, then that´s what they´ll do.

I was hoping for a better response as I really do wonder how people would react to the news of an incoming attack with short notice.  What I had from people and thoughts:

Eri:  After trying to rouse the crews, which will still take time, I see her taking a position near the main door.  Not sure if the map can still be seen, or if it's well understood, but I'd have her up the ramp going right from the main door up on the raised loading area.  This would give her visibility over the trucks and one layer of containers (but now down between them) and let her see the main office and up plus the walk ways around much of the warehouse.

Dredge:  - no info -  Not sure where he would be starting but I see an interest in driving the Arrow later.

Bor:  Spent night in break room.  Looking at the "plan" it seems he may not have scrubbed the computer systems before "resting" and thus after quickly getting ready I see him moving up to the office to execute a system wipe which is where he's likely to still be for at least a few minutes.

Dirk: Sounds like he spent the night in the office.  I might guess he did some Jedi meditation and could have recognized someone was trying to Telepathy.  Unsure what his actions would be leading up to the Imperial arrival.

Sin:  Arrived back from a "deep cover" observation on the one available bike (the other is on a truck) to warn about a LARGE Imperial force approaching the warehouse.

Shev:  Sounds like he spending a moment to try getting the crews to act faster but then plans to head OUTSIDE to go and engage the Imperial Forces before they actually reach the compound.  I might point out there were only two guards to begin with and they're more the "hey, you keep an eye out for trouble" appointments than someone who's well trained to actually resist an incursion.

As per Shiv's orders one of the guards heads toward the roof of the building (door would be unlocked behind him so he can get back in) as he is only equipped with a sporting blaster.  The other guard sighs as if resigning to his fate: "ok, you've got the combat experience so I hope you know what you're doing but there's not much cover out there on those streets.  Prior resistance led to a big cleanup so they work without hinderance.

Spoiler: Shev's delaying tactics (hover to show)

I'm not entirely sure just how far away from the warehouse Shev is going to try to set an initial defense.  The most likely avenue of approach would be a wide road with limited space on either side and few good cover positions.

I hadn't planned for this (which is part of why I'm doing this) and thus don't have a map (at least not yet although at this point I'm not sure about trying to fight this out IC) but you would see some sort of transport truck coming down the road in your direction with something trailing it that you can't get a good look at because the truck is in the way.
