Sniper will definitely have to get fit in somewhere. One thing I'm looking to play into is the spider theme. Would it be possible to keep an ascension gun always in grappling hook mode, in a quickdraw holster and free action draw it during a full attack to replace one of my shots with some webswinging shenanigans?

And to bring it back around to the original topic I think assured attack would be a solid replacement for rapid shot since I'm struggling to meet the stat requirements and make my build's high concept work. Sure it doesn't raise my damage limit but it doesn't cost me accuracy to raise the average and with a lot of attacks I'll get plenty of mileage out of that flattened damage curve.

It might not be the best flat damage increase but don't most damage buffs come at the cost of accuracy? So if you factor the chance to hit into expected damage wouldn't assured attack win out?

For my scoundrel talent I took advantageous opening. I'm also considering fortune's favor. I like the idea of getting the occasional flurry of extra actions and using fortune's favor to activate force powers during my full attacks seems fun.

As for skills I've chosen acrobatics, initiative, perception, and stealth. I'm considering swapping acrobatics for something like persuasion if for nothing else than roleplay.

To argue in favor of force directed blast I'm probably going to take bantha herder to pull high value targets out of cover for my allies. Also I could take that gunslinger talent that makes an area attack and bend that around a wall or something. Ultimately though I have this mental image of this character stealthing around and playing mind games about where blaster bolts are coming from.

I'm working on a build for a force user that will take advantage of the blazing chain force talents and I'm hitting a snag picking out some abilities. The idea with the build is to slowly pick up force related powers over the course of the campaign to slowly awaken to the force, I don't want to just level up and start chucking speeders with my mind out of nowhere. We're starting at 3rd level and rolled for stats, after assigning them my spread is looking like:

Str 10
Dex 17
Con 10
Int 11
Wis 15
Cha 13

I need to keep my int odd so I can increase it next level and pick up training in UTF. I'm 2 levels scoundrel and one level Jedi. I chose telekinetic savant for my Jedi talent to represent my latent abilities. So far my feats are point black shot, precise shot, dual weapon mastery I, quick draw, Force sensitivity, and Weapon focus pistols.

My big concern is to make sure I'm still a functioning dual blaster gunslinger while I slowly assemble my force powers. To that end I don't know if I should move my stats around so I can pick up rapid shot. Also I'm playing a spider themed near human so I chose extra arms to save me a gunslinger talent down the road but I'm willing to swap it for a stat bonus if the build needs it.

The plan going forward is to get force directed shot at 4 or 5, force training at 6, and maybe squeeze in negate and redirect before going into the gunslinger prestige class.

I'm coming back to saga edition after a long hiatus so any advice would be incredibly helpful.
