Star Wars Saga Edition General / With no limitations besides RAW, how would you build your character to have the highest defense score?

Hypothetically if one was to build a character around getting the highest of one particular type of defense score up as fast as possible, what would they choose to get there the fastest? I of course mean one defense score per character, so that you can specialize. One character for REF, FORT, and WILL. Using all of the books at your disposal, how would you try and get the highest number for an individual score? Obviously much of your score increases will come with leveling up, as armor grows stale pretty quickly.
I got the idea from my recent replaying of Knights of the Old Republic 2 where my Jedi was able to, with force powers and equipment bonuses, boost her Dex score up to like a +12 getting an AC of up to around 53.
With a 20 level max limit, what talents/feats/racial abilities would you use to make the best character possible in terms of a specific defense? This can include things that would be specific for combat, such as the Lightsaber Defense talent, or specific lightsaber form talents.
I'd love seeing what you guys create! I feel like the One character per defense might be arbitrary, so if you dont feel like sticking to that, dont feel like you have to, it just a suggestion rather than a set rule.

This forum may not move as much as the one on reddit does but I know I prefer the way topics show up here as you can see what's been getting posted to recently (they don't go down that fast) and don't need to follow a bunch of branching discussions.
Oh believe me I'm well aware of the man, the myth and the legend who posts on everything in the subreddit. Honestly when I first got there (I'm /u/Alansleeper but I think im gonna switch to just /u/Stoxen soon - I havent posted too much but i do lurk there a lot) I was a little intimidated by how you manage to always post something useful when it comes to the rules.
