Valen from his hiding spot tries to remember the rules of engagement for this particular op. He desperately wants to engage the stormtrooper.

"Still not sure about that droid,"Valen say rubbing his chin.

Dee "What are your combat capabilities." Valen had never worked with a droid before, and didn't want one that would slow his squad down.

"Sure, I can help. It will be another set of skills for me to learn." Valen says he contemplates his friends request.

Valen tries to control the expression on his face, this was a going to be an important mission. Turing to his compatriots he gives them a smile. "This should be fun."

Waking early to run through some personal drills both armed and unarmed to keep himself sharp was what had kept Valen alive all these years. He looked at the chrono display and decided to wrap it up and get a quick shower then some breakfast.

Then got a moving to join the other members of Varactyl Detachment in the briefing room. As always since joining the Rebel Alliance now the New Republic he was always eager to prove himself and to take care of his extended family.

Valen Karr is the orphan of Mandalorian Protectors who fought early against the Imperial occupation of Mandalore. Little else is known how he came to fight with the Rebellion, at a young age of 14, it was only known of his hatred for the empire. Later when the Empire fell and the New Republic  was established he chose to stay, because of the people he fought with became his family. Now 6 ABY he is an accomplished and seasoned warrior and developing leader this why he was chosen Varactyl Detachment, by direction of General Airen Cracken.

Will this be a ground based campaign or a mix I am thinking of a human Scout/Soldier mix.

Wardens of the Sky believed that everyone had a right to be able to travel to space and so would do such things as fight pirates or help smugglers, who they believed were defying the tyrants of the spacelanes. So the Empored is the ultimate tryant during this time so he would do whatever to help those that defy him. He would also be ensuring that what is known about the Warders remain a myth by joining the Rebels and assisting them by protecting cultural artifacts and heritage.
