Srs business~
It took me about a week to realize it, but we've gone over my original planned adventure length of 1-2 real life months; we started on April 26 and now it's July 4. I promised myself when I first started that if either the 4 encounters limit (planned or unplanned) or the time limit is reached, the game would end and the credits would roll like an episode in a series like Clone Wars or Rebels, at which point we could evaluate what has happened so far (maybe change a few things in rules and such) and maybe start "Mantis Syndicate 2" to pick up where we left off.
So! Let's evaluate.
It's no big secret that my updates take a long time, and the reason for that is because I'm very detail-oriented in my approach to DMing. It takes me long enough to respond to a few posts, and the recent batch of posts have overwhelmed me, so I'm a little unsure of how to continue. Don't get me wrong xD I love, love love you guyses posts (and I adore your characters), but you posted so many~ And I don't think I can realistically finish a proper, normal update in the near future... Which means we need a solution.
Ze Facts:
1) My schedule isn't looking too great, I don't think it'll be possible for me to continue GMing (though I would like to).
2) It's getting harder and harder for me to work on the update. I have to leave town again in on Tuesday, so another week where I can't work on it at all. >_<;
3) I can post the part of it I have completed, as well as the results to all the skill checks (the results aren't all written yet, but I can do at least that).
4) Once that psuedo-update is posted, the game can either go into Mantis Syndicate 2 with a new GM, or you guys can just go totally freeform with it. Your call~
