Even untrained people can drag you along, especially if two people grab an arm each. This is a perfect time to use the Intimidation rules from the Persuasion skill.

Ack, forget this one...
Although it's expensive the Trip and Throw feats would allow you to move a foe. If you can Pin an opponent then moving with them probably should be based on encumbrance but that may not be very fast.

This is not covered by the rules. There are some special ability for beasts called Drag Away or something similar. You could look at that and make a weaker house rule based on that.
An opposed STR check could let you move a grabbed or grappled creature. Treat it as a heavy load no matter what to calculate the speed. If two people grab or grapple the same person you could treat it as a light load. One person rolls and the othrr uses aid another on the STR check. If the dragged creature win the check he get another chance to free himself and he does not move. This is some quick and dirty house rules I made up now.

If you have grabbed or grappled someone can you just move them? I have done an exhaustive search of grapple grab rules and can find nothing. It makes no sense if you cannot grab a captive and move them. This has come up several times in actual game play for this system in our campaign. Desperate for answers.
