Looking really nice, MA!
However, you've missed the Non-Heroic requirement (1/3 of its levels in Non-heroic class). I think you should be able to add those four levels without going over the 30k limit, though.

Thanks for joining us! :D

My bad,  it was late and hasty when I made a he build. I'll get a mod up soon

Well, time's up and we've got two entries!

@FTJ: I hope you don't mind that we allow MA to update his build before we commence the voting period? %)

To me this isn't a contest.  A4-19 costs less than half as much and while it may not perform tasks some tasks as quickly as Scout or have quite the brute power it's performance leaves it as a much better value so I will choose A4-19.

Two entries and one Vote.  Maybe super powered Astromechs are the hottest thing people are interested in.  After all, you buy one that gets the job done when you need it and then you basically hope you never really need to replace it.  Is some ways I'd compare it to an oven; if you need one then you find a way to get one that works for you but once you have it as long as it keeps working you aren't really likely to replace it simply because a model with more bells & whistles becomes available at a higher price.

I built Scout as a concept. He'll will probably make an entrance into my PbP soon, because I like him. He's expensive and slightly op, but he fits the concept of a Astromech built with covert and S&R missions in mind

You want to know the saddest thing?  A bare bones Astromech that was made with purely non-heroic levels and a low price would have likely been my first choice.
