Could this reflect the possibility that sunrider knows of phram and can recognize him? If thats the case then this could be a plot point item you might have to roll with. On the other hand, I do agree with Clear Mind activating in this situation IF sense force was used to single Phram out from the crowd. Now, a third option consider here (since its not above Khans capabilities) is that Sunrider could be Phishing for information. Sunrider is not part of the order and you have to learn how to weasel info out of people on the streets. That possibility actually feels more dangerous then the other two because it would become a battle of wits insted of simple Q&A.

My apologies for the late reply. I got permission to go to Brussels out of the blue for my dissertation and have been super busy since I got that on monday. I am back now and no longer have any trips planned until august.
