Saw your post on Reddit first so I'll just copy/paste my reply here:
I know you're using stats out of the books for a number of those ships but that doesn't mean the stats from the books really shouldn't be adjusted. The TIE Defender is a nasty ship to write stats for as there are many different power levels for the ship in written material; it seem the SotG went for one of the most broken variations giving it the unheard of speed 8 which may work with the prototype template (and probably some penalties that actually HURT) but as a production ship it shouldn't be any more than speed 6. Another massive problem is the civilian version of the TIE Scout which wants to put 150 tons of cargo space in a GARGANTUAN ship; converted to EP that's 75 EP which is insane although if the civilian model is boosted to a colossal size (and it's stats match up much better with others at that size) it could maybe keep that.
Looking as some of the rest I'll say the TIE Shuttle is garbage even as a codex ships because you look right next to it and see the TIE Scout which is supposedly the SAME SIZE; maybe it'd work as a huge ship (standard TIE Fighter with less guns but a couple seats) otherwise it really needs to be reworked.
I see a "Proton Bomb" entry on the Striker which I'm not sure should even be there (it's not even shown on the TIE Bomber) and in any event really needs "bomb" rules which I'll admit SWSE lacks. Dealing 8d10 x5 is absolutely nuts for a fighter even if it's general restricted to "big" ships especially if one assumes it gets the same range modifiers as other ordnance. While many of the fan built ships aren't too bad in some areas most probably are too good in at least one area without having any major flaws to balance them out.
I see a number of places where attack bonuses probably aren't calculated correct and/or are just overlooking the +2 a pilot who is trained in Pilot would gain when firing PILOT operated weapons.
