Neelah pulls a pistol from her father's belt, aims, then fires. Her shot streaks past the Mandalorian James is fighting, doing little more than blowing out a lighting fixture set in the wall.

The door the Retribution officers first entered through opens and the squad of New Republic Troopers leap into the room, taking up firing positions as they raise their blasters. Commodore Toshega crouches next to one of the troopers, keeping his smoking blaster aimed at the Mandalorians. "Concentrate fire on the wounded ones!" he barks.

Meanwhile, Hal's lightsaber weaves a sheets of glowing blue as he attacks with deadly skill. The robed Jedi strikes the wounded Mando on the arm, sliding down the 'saber-proof gauntlet to slice deeply into the armored warrior's elbow. Turning and striking in the same movement, Hal's saber impales the other Mando's leg at the knee joint. The warrior stumbles back against the E-Web, falling to his good knee while smoke curls from the other.

James's shot burns the left arm of the Mandalorian, but it doesn't seem to slow him much. The mercenary is a surreal sight with flames flitting like glowing ghosts over his discolored armor plates.

Even with the din of chaos around her Sandi take sher time to look around the room and access the situation. Among the ones she can see James brother looks the worst. Going into action she picks up the medical kit and uses cover to make her way to Samuel. Once there she sets out her equipment knowing theres not much time with a injury like his. She grabs the sedative and applies it next...

The Mandalorian Kam attacked backs away from the marine in a fighting crouch, his hand reaching over his shoulder. "You think that's a sword, chaakar'ika? This is a sword." He draws a large vibro-sword from a sheath on his back, then charges at Kam, blade humming. Kam ducks to the left, but the vibrating edge cuts across his bicep, leaving a stinging wound.

The burning Mando take aim at James and lets fly another missile. It strikes the floor next to James, showering his legs with bits of flooring material. The Mando's targeting systems must thrown off by the flames.

The kneeling Mandalorian with the wounded leg makes a desperate stab at Aradar. The sheer unexpected nature of the attack makes Aradar a little slow in moving, and the vibro-sword cuts across his hand, dealing him another shallow wound. The other Mando raises his arm and shoots a small canister and the helmsman and the Jedi. It lands neatly between the two of them, then detonates in a searing white flash of light. Hal and Aradar feel as if a pair of hot vibro-knives have been stabbed into their eyesockets, and the room is suddenly impossible to see.
The speeder containing the E-Web and the two Mandos pulls away from the ledge, out to a distance of about ten feet. In between the hovering speeder and the windowsill is now a gaping chasm dropping endlessly into the artificial canyon of the Coruscant cityscape.

The rest of the Mandalorians turn their weapons on the New Republic Troopers. A glowing storm of super-hot bolts shred mercilessly into the ranks of the troopers, blasting the entire squad into oblivion. Commodore Toshega drops to the floor as the troopers are annihilated around him, avoiding the worst of the carnage. "Archer!" he roars over the noise. "Get your marines in here!"

Meanwhile, Neelah takes up a position behind a overturned chair near Sandi. She snarls, sending more shots at the burning warrior, but once again his impressive armor protects him. "Sandi, is there anything I can do?"
Sandi works quickly, but there's only so much she can do in a short time. Still, she begins dealing with the injury, starting measures to stop the extensive bleeding and shock.

Kam laughed as the Mandolorian mocked his weapon. "How about next time you give me a little heads up and I'll bring my toys. I suspect you wouldn't like that nearly as much!" He settled into a cautious stance ready to take advantage of any weakness he found in the Mandolorian's defense. His keen eyes noticed a hole in his stance and leapt forward driving home his blade.

'Flash canister? Really, these Mando really needed to learn how to fight' Hal thought to himself. After a sting from the light, Hal opened himself to the Force, using it to find his target and blasting his mind with telepathic energy. The E-Web operator never knew what was coming for him

Kam's blades slides in between the Mando's shoulder and chest plates, giving him a short but deep cut. The Mando jerks away from the Marine, flipping his vibro-sword into ready position. "So, you do have some fight in you." There's a bit of respect in the mercenary's voice.

Hal reaches out with the Force, feeling it flow through him, through the room, through the Mandalorian, the Mandalorian's mind... there. Hal gives the flow a push, like redirecting a stream of water, pouring it with greater and greater intensity into the glowing cradle of the Mando's mind.
The Mando stops, shakes his head, then suddenly clutches it with both hands. He falls to his knees, then, with a muffled groan, falls; striking the E-Web and bouncing off into the abyss. He flashes out of sight with shocking suddenness.

James's comlink buzzes as he charges. "Roger that." Then he's face to face with the mercenary, swing a blow at his neck. The blow connects with a loud, deep snap, and the Mandalorian drops like he's been hit with a vibro-axe.

Commodore Toshega and Neelah add their shots to the melee between Kam and the Mandalorian, throwing the mercenary temporarily off balance.

Rushing as much as possible but still able to keep a steady hand Sandi suddenly cusses the situation. "Kriffing ambush!" And then just loud enough for Neelah to hear. "Keep firing and don't let those soldiers get closer without paying for the effort. I'm going to see about reviving those soldiers, they weren't ordered to die yet." finishing up and wrapping Samuels stump Sandi gathers her provisions and approaches the downed troopers using any cover available.

Aradar flinches from the blinding flash, but attempts to keep the attack going by launching another punch at the kneeling Mando.

Aradar comes up behind the Mandalorian Kam is fighting, but the Mando is alert and easily avoids the helmsman's attack. Still, that's left him wide open for an attack by Kam....

The Mando in the speeder truck and another Mando in the room turn their weapons on Hal. Twin missiles converge on the Jedi Knight. One scores a direct hit, the other explodes to Hal's right.
More missile smoke trails fill the room as the other mercenaries cut loose. Missiles streak towards Aradar, James, and Commodore Toshega, tearing apart the floors and walls in burst of flame and shattered building material.

The Mandalorian dueling Kam scores a shallow cut across Kam's thigh. Blood trickles down his leg.

James's comlink buzzes again. "Three squads on the way sir. We've taken some casualties out here, but the enemy in this area has been neutralized."

Seeing Aradar flank the mando, Kam prepares to drive home his blade once more. As the missiles add to the chaos, he finds the mando distracted and lunges forward driving his sword in to the gap he saw in the armour.
