With Ahsoka are her lightsabers self built for the standard +1 attunement bonus to attack?

Yes - she has the level to do so.  And anyway that whole thing is a bit of a mess since Clone Wars made it clear that younglings construct their own lightsabers as one of their first steps in becoming Padawans.  Asoha being a padawan here is a roleplay choice and shouldn't have mechanical implications (and beyond that, building a lightsaber is a prereq for the Jedi Knight prestige class).

Also with Ahsoka I know Redirect Attack can cause many questions but if it's redirected as the jedi making the attack it may use her ranged attack but shouldn't it also suffer the non-proficient penalty.

I don't think so - the rules call it out as a generic ranged attack.  You're not actually using a blaster to make the attack - if anything, you're using a lightsaber.  And presumably the training to do so accurately is what taking the Talent represents.

On Sergeant Mojang would miniaturization reduce the explosive load of a missile launcher?  I don't think you were using 6d6 for damage last time Tim.

Nothing says that it would - I see it as more reducing the weight of the launcher by using lighter allows, removing unnecessary material, that sort of thing.  I don't think he encumbrance is too high, regardless.  He has a pretty decent strength, and could add a ready harness to his armor if he really needed to.  As well, as you noted, he'd get more bang for his buck by miniaturizing the rotary cannon instead.

Tim, would Kol be able to use Cloak on the V-19 by getting a high enough DC and spending a Force point to gain the protection of total concealment?  It's ok if not, I just wanted to ask.

No, my reading is that Cloak affects only the user.

Mojang uses a Move Action to climb into the cockpit of one of the Y-wings and, requesting permission to take off, flies out of the hangar to C8, and raises the ship's shields.

Ahsoka follows Kol Temga to the hangar bay and climbs into the cockpit of one of the Aethersprites.

Second Lieutenant Tyke shouts "Incoming!  We're tracking a proton torpedo and a concussion missile fired by the Firespray."  He jinks the controls to the side, but the cumbersome craft is slow to react.  Moments later, the Resilience is rocked as the torpedo slams into its side, exploding!  The ship takes 102 damage, minus 20 for is DR for a total of 82 damage.  The concussion missile flies by, but then banks, preparing to come around for another pass.

This triggers Tyro's readied action, if he wishes to take it.

Assuming Tyro doesn't destroy it, the Firespray double moves through the asteroid field to Z12.

Leveling the Resilience out, Second Lieutenant Tyke pilots the ship to F9.  "I guess we got their answer," he observes wryly.  "Damage assessment!"

After Tyor's readied action, it is the top of the round and Kol Temga's turn.

I don't like the way that departing in his fighter first actually kind of cost Mojan movement - I think I'm going to assume that he delayed his action to get the free ride.

It's a good shot, but the Firespray junks and weaves in the manner of a much smaller starfighter, its combat thrusters allowing it to avoid what would otherwise have been a withering blast of turbolaserfire.

Now I know we're at LONG range for ordnance so hitting us at this range means he's either lucky or very good as our effective REF is 24!   AND he must have taken the time to get a lock first and has at least TWO gunners on there.

Yes, it was a hard shot, but he got lucky.  And your other observations are correct.

Kol Temga is up next.  You are in the V19 with engines fired up, ready to depart.

Yep, sorry, Alex and I share a computer.

Also, I believe Tyro fired the battery as an autofire attack meaning the attack still does damage since it is an area attack, not a direct attack.

Area attacks do not function as area attacks at starship scale unless specifically called out as such.
