Spoiler: Initiative Order (hover to show)

It looks like Krusseck didn't want this to be a very sneaky affair and I'm thinking the window for big blasts is going to close quickly!  Of course speed kills especially when you're armor is slowing you down, AGAIN!

Spoiler: Krusseck's Speed (hover to show)

Realizing he won't be able to reach his closet opponent (plus his allies putting itchy trigger fingers on missile and grenade launchers), Krusseck opens up with a burst of blaster fire at the Intendent.

And since I want to make an attack and keep myself from spoiling the area attacks of my allies, Krusseck will make a rifle attack against the Intendent.

Blaster rifle against Intendent.  1d20+14=19.  Going to use Desperate Gambit to take a -2 Penalty to Reflex and gain an attack reroll.  1d20+14=23.  Not sure if that hits, but here is damage:  3d8+8=17.

A 23 misses the intendant. Krusseck's snap shot goes wide.

Spoiler: 'Unbalance Opponent' (hover to show)

Up next is the warmaster, who is going to use his officer ability to "share talent. The warmaster grants the talent "Grand Leader" to the Intendant, Warrior, and Shaper.

Ghost and Furbal are up next.

While wanting to avoid drawing too much attention to himself Ghost realizes they won't be avoiding a fight this time and seeing separation from his melee hitters while the enemy is relatively close together casually tossed a grenade over the railing to land in the middle of very thing.
Spoiler: Ghosts Actions (hover to show)

Seeing the Warmaster casually shake off a grenade burst (or not?) Furbal quickly figures he'll need to give him is FULL attention later but for now he'll try to pick on a target who has cover to him and thus may not notice him as much.
Spoiler: Furbals attack (hover to show)
And this is why you want to Aim your attacks when cover is involved.

Toss Frag grenade such that it will hit the Warrior, Intendant, and War Master all in the blast.  Attack d20(15) + 16 = 31; Dmg 4d6(12)+7 =19.

The warrior takes 19-2=17 damage while the intendenant takes full damage. Since both are flat-footed they move -1 on the condition track.

The attack misses the warmaster and deals half damage, reduced to 0 by his damage reduction. The warmaster is unscathed, and lets out a bone-chilling laugh.

The intendant, just missed by Krusseck, pokes his head out from around the crate and cackles at Krusseck. He makes a face and attempts to distract you.

The intendant uses "damaging deception" as a standard action with a deception check 1d20(11)+19-1(CT)=29 which exceeds Krusseck's will defense. The next attack made against Krusseck by a Yuuzhan Vong other than the Intendant deals an extra 2 die of damage.

Methos is up next with a single standard action.

Methos brings up his commando special blaster rifle and squeezes off a quick shot at the Hunter, missing wildly, while simultaneously firing a missile from his Mandalorian jetpack, targeting the nearest cluster of aliens.

Missile shot at the top-left corner of E's square - should catch A,B,E: d20 (7) + 14 = 21.  Damage: 6d6 (16) + 7 = 23

Unfortunately 21 misses all of their ref, so all three take half damage 23/2=11. The warmaster reduces the damage to 1 with his DR and once again seems almost unscathed.

As his action, the warrior is going to use his shared talent "grand leader" to give all allies 11 bonus HP.

While Ghost has total concealment, I would wager that the grenade itself is not concealed, and can be seen coming from the upper walkway, if the exact location is unclear. I am not sure how to resolve it, but the Hunter rolled a perception check 1d20(19)+4=23 which I feel is sharp enough to notice the grenade origin, at least. The hunter is going to move 6 squares across to the other side and attempt to move into the square Ghost is occupying, which he automatically fails to do. Effectively, the Hunter bumps blindly into Ghost. (I would say this would provoke an AoO but as Ghost just threw a grenade I don't know if he would be armed with a weapon. It probably provokes a Martial Arts unarmed strike.) Because the hunter is now aware of Ghost's presence, he can make attacks into the square he believes Ghost to occupy, but still suffers the penalties of attacking a target with total concealment.

I'll hold for a response and a potential AoO and then it will be Krusseck up next.

The walkways can be accessed by a steep stair represented by the four 'gradient' squares on either side of the hallways. For convenience, I will treat this as a single square.

This was my ruling back on page 1 so I'm going to stick with it here as acting as only a single, sloped square. I'm open to a counterargument, however.

Aside from that, Krusseck will be up next. The surprise round is over, and now all PCs and NPCs can act normally, and are no longer considered flat-footed for the purposes of surprise.
